Did I miss something somewhere?

Sometimes, it seems like I've written
Everything, I possibly can,
All of the medical situations
Included in the plan,
I don't possess all there is to know
But within the specialty I am employed?
I've covered most of the medical conditions
And the rest, are for Sigmund Freud.
